Furnished double room in 3 bed house in Greenwich

Sadly our housemate Tom is moving out of our house to go live in Ireland!

So we are looking for a new person to take over his room from end of July.

The place/ location 🏡

The house is stunning - it’s a Victorian house located in leafy Blackheath Royal Standard - walking distance to Blackheath Village and Greenwich Park - 4min walk to Westcombe Park station (15min from London Bridge/ Southeastern + Thameslink line, direct to St Pancras, Blackfriars, Cannon St ect)

It’s a 3 bedrooms house, you would be living with 2 females + 1 furry friend 🐱

Athena (27) - Australian - works for the government, creative and into music 🌼🎵 Loves to read, a good chat, a café trip, and a good gig! Athena owns a cat called Mazzy 🐈

Me (25) - French - I work in live music ticketing + at The O2. 🎼 Love a good chat too and chill out in a café, park & charity shopping! I know I said I’m French, but sadly I don’t cook that well…I’m often working events on weekends too as well as in summer.

We love to hang out and go out, but also relax on our own when needed especially when work gets tiring! We’re very easy-going and open-minded, and are respectful of the place (we keep on top of the cleaning, but we don’t have a rota, we clean as we go equally and weekly) so we would be looking for someone with a similar attitude. 🧽 Ideally 25-30 years old, but keeping our minds open for the right person.

The house is very spacious, so you always get your private space if needed.

Price:

Rent is £700 pm. Bills are roughly £80 per person, this can increase in winter to around £100+ depending on heating usage.
Deposit is TBC but would be around £800.

The house is managed through an agency, so you would need to pass referencing (need stable income/ full time job + references from work, and previous landlords)
