Hey 💖, my flatmate is moving abroad. I am looking for a new flatmate!

All inclusive, very bright, spacious room in a 2B1B flat. The room has large ceiling windows. The flat is very airy and spacious with open-plan kitchen. It is located in a private gated apartment, so it’s safe and secure with bike storage. Gated apartment is very quite everyone is working professionals

Location is unbeatable:
4 mins walk to Maze hill station for overground
20/25 mins walk to Cutty sark station DLR or North greenwich Jubilee
Co-op and Iceland downstairs, Tesco 4 mins away
20 mins walk to M&S, ASDA, Lidl, Aldi, many furniture stores
3 mins walk to local luxury gym and swimming pool (there’s one more gym nearby with 24/7 access)
10 mins from Greenwich University

Greenwich park is 12 minutes walk away and there’re many local coffee shops and wine/italian/asian grocery stores near by so you can always take a stroll on weekends or read your favourite book at a coffee shop. If you love takeouts, this is probably the right place for you!
