Lovely Georgian House in Greenwich

I (Beth, they/them, 29, policy manager) am looking for 2 new flatmates to move into this lovely 3-bedroom house as my current flatmates are sadly moving on. The house is well-located in between Greenwich (15 minute walk to the market) and Deptford (10 minute walk to the High Street) and is within walking distance of supermarkets, pubs, shops, and restaurants. We are a 4 minute walk from Deptford Bridge DLR and 8 minute walk from Greenwich station (with 8 minute trains to London Bridge).

The rooms are spacious and part-furnished with a bed and fitted wardrobe (outgoing housemates are open to selling a few additional items of furniture - any questions just ask). One room (£1,023 pcm) is on the ground floor at the back of the house, over-looking the garden, and comes with its own bathroom. The second room (£951 pcm) is on the lower floor, has plenty of storage, and shares a bathroom with the current flatmate. All the rooms have period features with sash windows and fireplaces.

I am looking for sociable, queer-friendly housemates to move in at the start of November 2026. I am a busy young professional but equally enjoy house dinners, tv nights and pub trips.

Bills come to aorund £190 per person per month and include gas, electricity, council tax (Band D), water, TV License and WiFi.
