I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flat in Greenwich (SE10), as I’m planning to move out and live with a friend.

A bright double room with plenty of storage and your own private bathroom located right next to the room.

The room is spacious and comes with the main furniture, including the bed and wardrobe.

The flat also has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, with large full-height doors/windows that can be opened.

💫 Who Might Suit the Flat
You’d be sharing with two working professionals, one from Scotland and one from Birmingham.

My current flatmates are quite sociable and sometimes have friends or guests visiting or staying over. So if you strongly prefer a very quiet home, enjoy having a lot of uninterrupted time to yourself at home, or would ideally like to live somewhere with very few visitors, this flat may not be the best fit for you.

My current flatmates would prefer a female replacement tenant. I personally don’t mind, but I’d like to mention their preference in advance.

🚫 Each room is for single occupancy only. No room sharing is allowed.

🗓️ Move-in Date
The room will definitely be available from 1 November.

An earlier move-in may also be possible depending on when my friend and I find our new place.

If you would prefer to move in later than 1 November, that may also be possible, but the tenancy would still need to start from 1 November.

📆 Minimum Stay: 3 months
