Hi! We’re two working professionals looking for a new flatmate to join our all-female flat in Greenwich (SE10).

We’re looking for another female working professional who’d like a friendly, comfortable home in a really convenient part of Greenwich.

Double room with plenty of storage and your own private bathroom.

The room comes furnished with the main furniture, including a bed and wardrobe. The flat also has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area so there’s plenty of natural light and a nice shared space to cook, eat or hang out.

💷 Rent & Bills
£1,125/month, excluding bills and council tax.
Bills & council tax are approximately £120/month.
Council Tax Band: C

• 1-minute walk to bus stops serving the 129, 177, 188, 286, 386 and N1
• 8-minute walk to Maze Hill station
• 5-minute bus / 20-minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR

• Around 15–30 minutes to London Bridge, depending on the route

🏡 About the Household
You’d be sharing with two female working professionals, one from Scotland and the other from Birmingham.

We’re friendly and sociable and like having a relaxed atmosphere at home, while also being respectful of each other’s privacy, and individual routine but it would be lovely to find someone who’s comfortable having a chat or occasionally hanging out when we’re all around.

We do sometimes have friends or guests over, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a sociable household where people can occasionally have visitors, while everyone remains considerate of each other and the shared space.

🚫 Occupancy
The room is for single occupancy only — no couples or room sharing.

📅 Move-in
The room will be available from 1 November. An earlier move-in may potentially be possible depending on arrangements with the current tenant.

Minimum stay: 3 months, long term preferred.
