I am moving out of this lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Greenwich, and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. My moving out date is flexible so please reach out and we can discuss it.

I enjoy a calm and peaceful shared living room. I'm always happy to have a chat but also enjoy time to myself. I enjoy watching movies, visiting cafes, long walks, reading and hot chocolate!
I'm a bit of an introvert and prefer that the flat is not used as a social gathering space.
I don’t smoke and prefer someone who is caring and considerate of personal space and is clean and tidy. If you are looking for a peaceful, homely vibe this might be for you!
