SHORT LET - Double room - Greenwich

Hi, we have a double room available from 1 September to 1 October 2014, in our fully furnished house. Our contract for the house runs out on 1 October, so the room is only available for a short let. Bookings for a smaller duration may be considered on a pro rata basis.

The room is located at the top of the house and has a skylight window. Furnishing includes:
-Double bed with 2 side tables
-Study table with office chair
-Built in wardrobes x 3
-Chest of Drawers

The room shares a bathroom and an additional shower room with the occupants of two other rooms.

The house in general is newly built and is in very good decorative order with all modern amenities. These include:

-100 Mbps Broadband
-TV with Virgin Media
-Dishwasher
-Washing Machine & Dryer
-Central gas heating
-Other standard white goods

The property is 6-7 min walk away from the Greenwich DLR and main line station, from where you can get to London Bridge and Canary Wharf in less than 10 minutes. Also, within 50 meters of the house are located 2 bus stops, that serve buses #53 (24 hrs, to and from Trafalgar Sq), #199 (Canada Water), #180 and #386 (Greenwich, Woolwich). The Greenwich park and the Greenwich Town Centre are less 10 mins walk away.

You will be sharing the house with 3 of us (2 Male, 1 Female, 27-35). One of us is a lecturer of Mathematics, one works in the hospitality industry and one works as an economist.
