Huge dbl room in amazing house in Greenwich

I am moving out of my lovely 4 bedroom houseshare in Greenwich to live with some friends, so my room is up for rent. You would be living with 3 guys, Sam, Andrew and Ehon, who are all professionals and work in London. The room is available on 26th April, and is £620 a month plus bills. Some of the photos are out of date so I will be updating them later.

A bit about the house - it's a 4 bed 2 bathroom house split over 4 floors. It's a lovely grade II listed building with original wood flooring. Lower ground floor has a large kitchen (with under floor heating!), conservatory/living room and bathroom. This floor is our living area. Ground floor has a bedroom and another living room/study. First floor has 2 bedrooms and top floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. We also have a garden, which is rare for somewhere like this in London! The bedroom which is available is the largest in the house.

Cutty Sark DLR is a 10 min walk or short bus ride. Deptford station is a 3 min walk and takes you to London Bridge in 6 mins. There are a few bus options too and a night bus. There is a nice pub a couple of minutes away (The Duke - sometimes plays live music), a Tesco and Sainsburys 1 min walk, and a large choice of take aways! Plenty of pubs and restaurants in Greenwich and Deptford/New Cross.

Everyone works hard during the week so we are fairly chilled on week nights. We have our own sets of friends but we do socialise together too.

The guys would like someone who is friendly and sociable, up for a chat, dinner, glass of wine/a beer etc.
