Huge bright room in lovely house /Greenwich Park

We are looking for a new third person to share a 3-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Greenwich.

The room is unfurnished and very large (about 3. 5/4 x 5m), with a large south-facing bay window which gives it plenty of sunlight. The rent is £667. 53 pcm not including bills (council tax, gas and electricity, water, broadband) which come to approx £100 pcm.

The house has a large kitchen/diner with two fridges, a spacious living room, a bathroom with a shower over the bath (good water pressure!) and a small garden at the back.

The housemates are English and Hungarian. They are considerate and easy-going. One is a professional musician and music teacher and also a part time science student, the other works in customer service and is also an actor.

The location is excellent, just around the corner from Greenwich Park and not far from the river. Greenwich has plenty of nice pubs, restaurants, shops and a weekend market.

There are plenty of transport links. Maze Hill station is just a 5-minute walk away (trains to London Bridge in 12 minutes) and Cutty Sark DLR station about 10 minutes away and there are also frequent buses for the North Greenwich Jubilee line station.

We're looking for a tidy, friendly, considerate person who is used to living in a shared house. It's a fairly quiet house but we like to hang out together sometimes and make use of Greenwich's many excellent pubs, play a board game or cook the occasional house meal. Non smokers are preferred but you're welcome to smoke in the garden. A pet cat would be welcome but no dogs.

The contract is through an agency so credit check and admin fees will be required.
