Double room to rent in the Greenwich / Blackheath

An absent-minded astronomer* and apathetic accountant** are looking for a new flatmate. Really, for a truly sitcom setup you'd be an amateur athlete, adventurous archaeologist, awesome actress, or something like that, but we're not that fussy. We're totally normal, promise.

The flat has three bedrooms and is on the first floor (or second, if you're american). It has
a wee balcony, two toilets and showers (though one is a bit like being in a cupboard...), a kitchen/diner and living room. You know, usual flat stuff. I guess you really have to have a look at the place to know if you'll like it, but take a glance at the photos anyway. Don't judge us on the pink furniture: they came with the flat and we haven't yet decided whether
they're so horrible they're funny or just horrible.

We are in a pretty cool location: Greenwich postcode and within quick walking distance of there, but we're actually right on Blackheath, and a very short walk from Lewisham bus/train station for getting into town if you need to.

Oh, thought of another one: Advanced android! Although, that isn't really a job...

Anyway, rent is £425 pcm, not including bills (bills are the usual: council tax, internet, gas, water and electricity). It is a small double, comes with the bed and wardrobe, plus there is a wee cupboard in the room which you can't really see in the photos and additional storage space in the flat we keep aside for whoever is in that room.

* Ed, 31. Originally from Scotland, but easy enough to understand. Is trying to learn French, because he thinks it will make him seem sophisticated...then Greg installed a projector in the living room with like a billion films, and that was pretty much the end of any coherent thought or studying...
