Description
Hey there!
We have a lovely double room available with shutters, sash window, wardrobe and chest of drawers, under bed storage, queen sized bed in a super home in Greenwich. Spectacular view out of the window over Canary Wharf, the river and Greenwich Village. If you pop your head out you can even see The London Eye. The room has been recently redecorated to a neutral tone.
5 minute walk to Greenwich Park and slightly further to the village, the Thames, The Royal Observatory, The National Maritime Museum. Easy access to DLR, overground, river boats and buses. Weekend market is fantastic, lots of cute cafes, bars, beer gardens - good vibe in the neighbourhood. Picturehouse Cinema in the village if you love movies. Local greengrocer, florist, butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop.
The house itself is 1890's Victorian on a quiet and friendly street - we participate in The Big Lunch each year. Set over 2 floors it is neutral in decoration. 3 bedrooms, bathroom (shower/bath), shutters on all windows, wooden floors except for carpeted stairs and landing, living room and dining room and long kitchen with patio garden access (though the garden is basic).
Lovely flatmates - we've been good friends since living together the last 6 years, both professional, decent and nice to live with, neat, tidy, considerate and kind. Personality match is very important in the house so the atmosphere is that of a warm home.
Bills including council tax, wifi, gas, electricity, cleaner for communal areas every week are included. Fully stocked kitchen.
It's a home not just a house! Come and join if it sounds like what you are looking for!
A profile is a great way to get the ball rolling in us getting to know each other.
Best wishes.
