The house itself is very spacious, with a large Kitchen / diner, plenty of storage throughout. Comfortable living room with patio doors opening into the garden. The spare room has a double wardrobe, king size bed, side tables and a writing desk. Plenty of room for own furniture or not...

Rent includes all bills except Gas & Electric. These are split on a monthly basis.
