The room:
Single room in a apartment block, sharing with a professional female (owner-occupant) and another female (20s). The room is sunny and airy, and furnished with a single bed and bedding, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, full length mirror, and lamp. The wardrobe has hanging and shelving space. Towels and bedding will be provided and changed every week.

There is 1.5 bathrooms (w. c. with toilet and sink, and main bathroom with toilet, sink and bath and shower).

Bills all inclusive: Utility bills, broadband internet access and weekly cleaner will be included in the rent.

Minimum 4 weeks term, with 4 weeks rent + desposit in advance.

You will be sharing with me, a professional female owner-occupier and a woman in her 20s. The location offers easy access to Docklands, City and West End. Elverson Road DLR (5 mins walk), Lewisham Rail & DLR (10 mins walk) with fast trains London Bridge (8 mins), Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Canary Wharf (12 mins).

There are many shops, bars, and restaurants in Blackheath Village and Greenwich. A 24 hrs Tesco is 10 mins walk away. Waitrose and M&S supermarkets are 15 mins walk away. The entrance to Royal Greenwich Park is near the heath and a bonus for those wishing to balance office hours with outdoor exercise.

The flat is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is space for a bicycle in cycle storage.
