Hello People

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our four bedroom house in Greenwich, located near the river and not far from the market and all the shops/restaurants central Greenwich has to offer.

The room is a double. Its not massive but a nice size. It comes with a double bed and there is room for a desk and wardrobe etc. The room also comes with half of a large storage spaces just outside the room. We have a garden and Greenwich Park is only a short walk away.

We've got a fully equipped kitchen with six hobs and a double oven plus all other mod cons you would expect. A very large living room that stretches the length of the house where we have two leather sofas at the front and a large dining table at the back which can seat up to six people. The house is fairly new and has wooden floors downstairs, it is fairly spacious and has lots of extra storage. Wireless internet throughout.

There is a modern bathroom with both shower and bathtub upstairs and another toilet downstairs. One of the current housemates room has an en-suite so the main bathroom is just shared between 3 of us.

We're looking for someone who'd like to feel at home and who would occasionally socialise as well as just share the house but also respect each other’s space. We all like to chip in and do our bit to make sure the house stays clean and tidy. We enjoy popping next door for a pint at the local pub, or sitting by the river having a drink at the Cutty Sark Tavern which is right round the corner. The occasional film night or meal out is also not unheard of!

There are three of us (two boys, one girl) and we are a fun easy going bunch. Age range is from mid 20's to early 30s. Occupation wise you will be sharing with an Architectural Visualiser, a Finance Analyst and the guy who draws Tony the Tiger (No Joke). The house is usually a pretty relaxed place and although not a party house but we do tend to have the odd spontaneous gatherings.

The main road, which has numerous shops and takeaways, is very close and there are a number of great pubs very close by. The area is great and Greenwich is one of the best places to be during the summer months. Transport wise lots of buses go from the main road. Cutty Sark DLR station is a ten-fifteen minute walk way, Maze Hill rail station 5-10 min and North Greenwich Station (Jubilee line) is a very short bus trip away.

There is lots of on street parking by the house but you need to purchase a permit from the council.

The rent is £528 and Council tax is £44. 50 a month. We pay the bills for water/gas/electricity and internet as they come in and they are always a pretty standard amount you would expect. Deposit is £862. 50 which of course goes into the deposit protection scheme.

The move in date is approximately the 30 of July

Email us a bit about yourself, availability etc and we look forward to hearing from you!

We're looking at doing viewings ASAP

P. S. Sorry, no couples.
