Room available in apartment in brand new complex

Great apartment! I've been living here since December 2013, when I moved from the states. I have a small dog, who doesn't shed and doesn't really bark, likes to cuddle. The room is on the smaller side, it fits a double bed and has a good size wardrobe. There is space for storage in a closet in the hallway. There is a parking garage under the building, but am not sure how much it is for a space. The building is right on the Thames and is an easy walk to both Cutty Sark DLR station and Greenwich National Rail/DLR station. The national rail train to London Bridge is as little as 6 minutes.
