Description
Hello, we have a large double room to let on the first floor of our Victorian townhouse situated right in the heart of lovely Greenwich. The house is a few doors down from the Cutty Sark ship and the Gipsy Moth beer garden is only a jump over our garden wall as well. The location is great and is only a few minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR station and 10 minutes walk to Greenwich train station. You can get to both Bank and London Bridge in under 30 minutes.
We're looking for a new housemate to move in before the end of July and we're pretty flexible on the precise date. You'll be sharing with 4 people... Daf, Mel, Pete and Katharine. We're a friendly bunch aged 25-33 and work in a range of professional jobs. We can be found spending most weekends checking out the numerous bars, restaurants and parks that Greenwich has to offer and we aren't averse to an occasional BBQ or Thursday night beer down the local either.
We have a lot of friends in the area, so if you're new to London and/or eager to move in to somewhere a bit more sociable than your average London houseshare then it would be great to hear from you. If you're the type of person who locks themselves in their room all day then probably best to click away!
Now for the boring bits... rent comes to £604 a month, and the initial tenancy will run until late-March 2016. Council tax comes to around £35 a month and the rest of the bills come to around £60. Deposit is around £540. There will be credit checks required for whoever moves in and the letting agency will charge around £40 for those.
Well I think that just about covers it, if you'd be interested in arranging a viewing then drop us an email telling us a little bit about yourself.
