I have a good-sized bedroom with a very large and light en-suite bathroom for rent. The bedroom has hardwood floors, a fireplace and a big window, and is furnished with a double bed and hanging rails for clothes installed on the walls. The bathroom has a bath and shower and a big window.

The house is seven minutes' walk from Greenwich station (DLR to Canary Wharf in 10 minutes and Bank in 20 minutes, trains to London Bridge in 8 minutes or Cannon Street in 12 minutes). It has original hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs there is a gorgeous big light kitchen, a separate living room leading on to a dining room. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and original fireplaces.

There is loads of storage, both under the stairs and in the big loft. There's also a lovely garden. It's very quiet and safe and close to Greenwich Park and Blackheath. Royal Hill is just up the road for all your yuppie needs (fishmonger, butchers, cheese shop, florist, organic greengrocer).

The room is available from Sunday 5th April to September. Bills are £109 a month.
