The rest of the flat is spacious, light and airy. There is a bathroom which would effectively be yours alone, as the main bedroom is en suite. It has an excellent shower over the bath.

The flat is well equipped large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hobs and electric oven in the kitchen; washer/drier in utility cupboard.

We already have a good selection of kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and glasses, which you would be welcome to use.

The real joy of this apartment is the large balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy a cuppa in the morning or a post-work glass of wine. It catches the sun for much of the day, and enjoys the same great views as the bedrooms.

Access to be building is via electronic security fob, and there is a 24h concierge service for the development. There is also a secure car park and bicycle storage.

You would be sharing the apartment with myself (male, English, early 30s) and my girlfriend Michaela (Misha) (Slovak, early 30s). Misha is an assistant accountant and enjoys baking, growing things and tennis. I am work in digital marketing and enjoy cricket, tennis, cooking and music. Between us we speak English, Slovak, Czech, French, Spanish and Italian.
