I am looking for someone to rent Monday to Friday. There is also a secure, underground parking space which can be used for an additional 120 per month (so 820 in total), but you do not need to also rent the parking space.
It is a 2 bed, 2 bath flat and you will have the main bathroom to yourself. The room has a brand new mattress and bed, a desk, and a huge built in wardrobe.
There is also a spacious kitchen/lounge area and balcony. Broadband and all bills and tax are included.
Trains to London Bridge (8 min), Cannon Street (13 min), Waterloo East (13 min) and Charing Cross (16 min). DLR to Canary Wharf takes around 10 min, Bank 20 min. Large Waitrose is 5 min walk, also Sainsbury's Local and Coop nearby.
You will be sharing with a friendly 26 year old guy working in finance.
