Bright, spacious double to rent in Greenwich

We have a double room available to rent in a newly decorated 2 bed flat in Greenwich.

This double room is a very light with double bed, plenty of storage, desk and a built in wardrobe.

The rent includes bills, broadband, TV license, gas, water electrics.

Cost of a fortnightly cleaner is not included in the bills and will be split between all housemates

We're in a great location, surrounded by loads of good transport links:

Greenwich station - 5-10 minutes walk
Deptford Bridge - 5-10 minutes walk
Lewisham Station - 10-15 minutes walk
And a 24 hour bus that stops right outside the flat which can take you straight into central London

We love our area and there are loads of things to do nearby with Greenwich, Deptford, New Cross surrounding us. So plenty of good pubs/bars, restaurants for a night out, and loads of sights if you like a bit of culture (Observatory, Cutty Sark, museums and theatres)

There are great parks nearby with Greenwich and Blackheath just up the road and we have 2 Pure gym's within 5 minutes walk from the flat.

You'd be sharing with myself, a 32 year old health visitor and my partner Ruairi a film producer. We both work in London Monday to Fridays.

We are both easy going and sociable and enjoy nights out with live music and bars, but also no stranger to a night in cooking some good food and watching a film. We go to loads of theatre, galleries and love travelling.

We've just finished decorating the flat including a new bathroom so we're looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy. We're looking for a professional, non smoker who is happy to change the loo roll and empty the bins.
