Riverside double - own bathroom, parking, Waitrose

I am pleased to offer a great double bedroom in this 7th floor luxury riverside apartment in lovely Greenwich. It is located in the popular New Capital Quay development and offers great views over the Thames with a backdrop of the City & the Shard.

The room is a good-sized double with a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. You will have your own large family bathroom with a bathtub (note it's not en suite but it's for your private use) and there is plenty of extra storage space as well. The spacious lounge and the fully equiped kitchen will be shared between the two of us. All rooms and the balcony are west-facing, enjoying warm afternoons and some fantastic sunsets in summer.

The development benefits from a large Waitrose on-site, about a minute away. There is a concierge in our building, and the flat comes with its own parking space (I'm not using it so it will be all yours). The flat is only four years old, a high-spec and it is in a very good condition.

In terms of transport links the flat in an excellent location with Cutty Sark DLR being 6 minutes away, taking you directly to Canary Wharf within 20 minutes door-to-door. The City is accessible via the mainline from Greenwich station (8 minutes walk) with trains to Cannon Street, or alternatively Greenwich Pier (7 minutes) for riverboat services going all the way upstream to Westminster.

You will be sharing with me, a 31-year-old professional working in technology at an investment bank. I'd like to think of my flat as a place to relax and chill after work and mostly prefer to socialise outside. I am tidy, considerate and respectful of privacy and expect my flatmate to be the same. The flat would ideally suit a full-time professional (the location is amazing if you work in Canary Wharf). All bills included.
