The transport links are brilliant, as well as the train service (10 min to London Bridge), the Jubilee Line (North Greenwich) and the DLR at Cutty Sark, are easily accessible. The DLR is also only 1 stop away on the train (2 min to Greenwich).
The flat is large, 2 bed 2 bath, with an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room and balcony. It is on the 6th floor with lift access.
The room is well furnished with two sets of draws, two bed side tables, two lamps and a wardrobe. The bathroom is directly next door and almost exclusive due to the en-suite in the master bedroom.
I am looking for a flat mate who is laid back, sociable and respectful.
I work for a big accounting firm in London and travel quite a bit with work. I play hockey in the winter and tennis in the summer. I also like to cook, watch movies and go out for drinks / dinner.
Council tax, TV licence and broadband are included. Water, Gas and Electric will be split 50-50. This currently works out less than £50 per month.
The carpets in the bedroom were recently replaced and the hallway is due to be painted.
Every room in the flat has speakers built into the ceiling connected to Sonos and Bluetooth. The TV in the lounge is surround sound. There is also Virgin Fibre broadband.
