The whole house has good 200Mb broadband with internal w-fi to match.
A patio & small garden at the rear is quiet and secluded as we back onto a small primary school. There is storage via a side gate for a bike should that be your way to travel to work or for just recreation.
The house is in a quiet road and is less than 10 minutes walk to Grove Park Station (South Eastern Rail) for easy access to London with New Cross (Goldsmiths College) 15 minutes away and London Bridge and Cannon Street only 20 minutes by train.
The green chain walk is very close to the house and there is easy access to outdoor space for walking and cycling.

This rental would suit anyone who wants a short commute to London or the locality (Bromley/Grove Park/Lewisham) with flexibility and access to green outdoor spaces and local amenities at the weekend and evenings. The owners are respectful, friendly and happy with LGBT and alternative lifestyles.
