I'm a 37 year old single male, generally fairly relaxed who both enjoys a chat after work and my own space. Quite musical, and and occasionally like play piano from time to time. Currently working freelance, so working from home mostly in my room.
About you:
Looking for a working professional. A hybrid working arrangement of 3 days a week in the workplace is absolutely fine, provided you are comfortable working from the desk setup within your room for the remaining days.
I am looking for a reliable, respectful flatmate who manages rent punctually. Overnight guests are welcome, but to ensure we both enjoy quiet use of the shared spaces, this is capped at 5 nights per calendar month.
The rent includes wifi, council tax, water, gas and electric.
The only expense is for a cleaner to come every 2 weeks to be shared between us - this will be an additional £35 per month (your share) to be paid separately
