A newly refurbished double room with large window overlooking the garden. You will share with the present tenant, a children's yoga teacher and her son. Communal spaces are the dining room and kitchen, also overlooking the sunny garden. Should you require it there is off-street parking.

Grove Park station is a five minute walk away which gets you to London Bridge in 20 minutes, Charing Cross in 30. There are two fabulous parks nearby, great for jogging, walking, or just enjoying nature.

Local amenities include good pubs, cafes, restaurants and a Bannatyne gym and spa.

Will suit a professional or mature student, who lives fairly quietly. This is not a party house but you will be welcome to entertain modestly in our lovely dining room and garden.
