Large Double Bedroom

We are renting out a fully furnished room in our large 3 bedroom home *until 31 August* which is a 4 minute walk from Grove Park Station (18 minutes into London Bridge).

We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean and friendly to join our home. We are a husband (British) wife (New Zealand) and friend (Australian) who are busy professionals. We enjoy spending time together in the evenings and weekend but generally keep ourselves busy!

The house is very spacious and recently renovated to a high standard. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining room and a seperate lounge. There is also a large garden with a deck and hot tub. You would be sharing a a bathroom with one other person.

The room is available for 3 months so it would be perfect for someone who is new to London and looking for a place to stay while they set themselves up or someone who is between accomodation.
