Hey,

I am moving out of my current place and looking for someone to move in from 18 Dec. I am quite flexible with the move in date

It’s a newly refurbished 6-bedroom house. You will be sharing a big bathroom (bathtub and separate shower cabin) with 1 more girl.

There is a cleaner that comes around once/twice a month and takes care of the bathroom that you are going to share and the additional toilet as well.

Please bear in mind that a lot of the furniture here is mine so you would have more space to work with when you move in. The landlord is flexible and could leave the room unfurnished or furnished. Just need to know what you prefer.

It has the following:
- big kitchen (2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 stoves, 2 fridges)
- shared microwave, kettle and toaster
- wi-fi
- central heating that is always on (and you could control the heater from your room)
- TV and sofa space on the first floor
- parking space in front of the house
- garden
- 15 min away from Grove Park station
- 22 min away from Lee station
- bus stops are 3 min away from the house

I will be moving out by the end of the month, but I can be flexible with the moving date as long as I find the right candidate.
