This let is for a first floor double bedroom with good light and wardrobe. The shared bathroom is down hallway.
The kitchen is very spacious and free flowing with a breakfast area and separate cooking space and has everything you need for a quick meal or for more elaborate cooking.
The lounge is quiet and spacious with internet TV.
The whole house has good high speed broadband with internal w-fi to match which allows for work from home.
A patio & small garden at the rear is quiet and secluded as we back onto a small primary school. There is storage via a side gate for a bike should that be your way to travel to work or for just recreation.
The house is in a quiet road and is less than 10 minutes walk to Grove Park Station (South Eastern Rail) for easy access to London with New Cross (Goldsmiths College) 15 minutes away and London Bridge and Cannon Street only 20 minutes by train.
The green chain walk is very close to the house and there is easy access to outdoor space for walking and cycling.

This room would suit anyone who wants a short commute to London or the locality (Bromley/Grove Park/Lewisham) with flexibility and access to green outdoor spaces and local amenities at the weekend and evenings.
