Double room for Mon to Fri or short-term lodger

I have a lovely bright double room in a stylish maisonette flat available Monday to Friday (i. e 4 nights a week, open to discussing other configurations) or a short-term let on a full-time basis.

7 minute’s walk to the train station in Grove Park and direct trains to central London. Also there is a parking space available outside flat (just need to add to permit) should you be using your car.

Suit someone needing to work in central or other parts of London during the week OR someone looking for a place in the short-term.

I’m tidy, relaxed and friendly and value a calm home. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy going who doesn’t need to work from the property, as I work from home.

The bedroom has a small double bed and a small sofa, and wardrobe space. You have access to the kitchen, a shared bathroom, and the lounge.

Direct trains to London Bridge (18 mins) and Charing Cross (25mins), plenty of local buses to Blackheath, Catford, Lee, Lewisham, and Bromley.

Quiet area with a lovely park with tennis courts and small café 3 minutes walk away, and small wetland, and woodland behind the park so great for local walks and greenery. Bannatyne gym 5 mins walk. Local supermarkets – Sainsbury and Tesco- near the train station and Lidl nearby.
