Double Room Available|End of April|Bills Included

I’m moving out of my current room to move in with my partner, so my double room will be available from end of April (timing can be a bit flexible if needed).

It’s a really nice, bright room in a spacious 3-bed flat, and you’d be sharing with two lovely girls, Aisha and Nofisat, who are both working professionals, very easygoing, respectful, and overall just nice people to live with. The house has a calm, friendly vibe and everyone gets along well while also respecting each other’s space.

The room itself can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer. The flat has a good-sized kitchen, fully equipped including a dishwasher. A bathroom with both shower and bathtub, plus a separate toilet (which is honestly very convenient). There’s also a backyard and free driveway parking available.

Location-wise, it’s really well connected. The station is literally a couple of minutes away, with direct trains into central London (around 20 mins to London Bridge), and there are shops just down the road, so everything’s super handy.

The rent is £650 per month, all bills included.

We’re ideally looking for a working professional who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Nothing intense, just someone who keeps things tidy and is considerate.

The tenancy is initially around 3 months, but there’s definitely flexibility to extend depending on how things work out with the landlord.
