Bright, furnished double room, 15mins to London

I have a furnished double bedroom available from 30th April until 10th June in a lovely 2-bedroom non-smoking house. Looking for a FEMALE lodger who is trustworthy, considerable, respectful and tidy to share the house with me. Someone who takes care of the house as her place and who wants to create a home and friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, someone respects other people's space and privacy, and vice versa. I would consider a gay man if you fit all the qualities described above as I had one as my lodger before and we got on super well.

We will share a kitchen, bath/shower, toilet and a huge beautiful garden. Also, we share the responsibility of cleaning the house.

A bit about me, I am a freelance performing artist. I work from home most of the time so I prefer someone who does not work from home all the time. I practice yoga. I am into anything with arts, performance, theatre, music, environment and life. Also, I am mainly vegetarian and have seafood occasionally. NOTE, I am a Buddhist so need to be someone who doesn't mind me chanting in the morning and evening or sometimes during the day.

Just want to make it clear that this is my own house so I do take care and look after it very much. It is not the sharing house/flat like most places out there in London.

The rent includes internet, council tax, gas, electricity and water bills. Someone who can rent the whole period 6 weeks is preferable and happy to make it £850.

The house is located within a 5-minute walk from Grove Park station. The leisure centre, GP and library are 10 mins walk. Local pubs, café, Tesco, Sainsbury and Co-op are all 5 mins walk. It is a quiet and lovely residential street.

There are plenty of buses to Catford, Lewisham and Bromley centre. It takes only 15-20 mins by train to London Bridge, Cannon Street or Waterloo East or 25 mins to Charing Cross.
