The flat is located in a nice and quiet street in Grove Park, next to a big park, within an easy commute of London Bridge (the train journey taking approximately 17 minutes). The flat is only 7 minutes walking distance from the train station.

To share with a family of three: a young professional and two children. We are friendly and open-minded as well as organized and very disciplined regarding timetables. My work shift is very flexible and I also work from home, so that I can keep the house exceptionally tidy and clean daily. This room along with the toilet are in the upper floor, quite isolated. I would love to share with a NON-SMOKER woman with same attributes, and most of all fully reliable regarding payments. I will require references and ID, if necessary. I accept short terms as well.
