Large room in a beautiful house in Grove Park

A really nice single room available in a green and beautiful neighbourhood. If you are looking for a safe and tranquil area out of busy and expensive centre, Grove Park is for you - it is only 20 min to London Bridge by train.
It is a 2 storey house with a big living room connected with a large dining area and kitchen. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Very clean and tidy.
Well equipped kitchen, big back garden with flowers, and a fish pond. It's nice for BBQ or just to sit and read a book.
Transport wise is very nice and a lot of options. The bus stops just seconds outside the house, its about 5 minutes by bus to Grove park or 20 minutes to Lewisham.

You will be sharing with another female, who are all warm and easy going. We look for a female or male, tidy and friendly. Students/professionals welcomed. We will make sure you feel homey, comfortable and have your private, personal space for yourself.

rent is 500 for the King size room and for the single room is 400, all bills included. Moving date is flexible, preferably as soon as possible.
