Single room in spacious house - West London

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our 5 bedroom house.

The single room (£480/month), is available right now, has significant storage space with a large wardrobe and some extra space in a closet upstairs.

The room is facing west and is bathed in sun all afternoon/evening. It is on the 1st floor with two other rooms, sharing a large bathroom with shower and bath with two other housemates.

The current housemates are four easy going people (3 boys one girl) looking for a chilled person to share a lovely five bedroom house (three bathrooms+downstairs toilet) near Gunnersbury Park.

About the housemates:
They are all people in their late twenties/early thirties who enjoy going out for a beer (often more!), but also enjoy chilling and watching movies on the projector. They enjoy cooking and having friends over for BBQs in the garden when the summer decides to make an appearance ;)
Aside from that they are all professionals so are considerate during the week when they have work. David is a R&D consultant, Tommaso and Luke are both PhD researchers in their final year and Federica is a musician.
We are getting regularly tested for covid19 so we can commute with confidence to work. We generally cycle to work so the risk of commuting on public transport is minimised.

About the house:
The house is a lovely 5 bedroom house (3 floors) with a kitchen, dining room and lounge to share. It also has a huge back garden perfect for summer BBQs and winter drinks around the fire.
The house is a 5-10 minutes walk from both Acton Town (Piccadilly/District line) and 5-10 minutes walk from Gunnersbury (District line) . On the way to the stations you will either find a Sainsbury's, or a Coop for most of your food needs. Worth noting that there is also a large Sainsbury's and Waitrose only 5min cycle away (or 15-20min walk).

BILLS are not included with the rent. Gas/electric, water, and internet amount to £30/month. Whether you are a student or not you may have to consider additional cost for council tax, but should be around £40 extra (we sort out every quarter).
