One month Rental

Jay here. Pleasure to e-meet.

I am living in India from Feb. 28 through March 28 and am looking for someone to live in my room during that time.

The house is next to the highway and is a very short walk from the Gunnersbury tube station. It is not wheelchair accessible.

The room is quite large, with a smart TV, couch, PS5, Desk, Tatami/floor mat, wardrobe, and an audio booth (I'm an actor).

Oh yes, and a bunch of plants too!

As stated, this is a SHORT TERM LET from Feb.28 through March 28. Unfortunately you must be out by the evening of March.28

The price covers all rent, council tax, and utilities.

My flatmate is very chill and enjoys cooking. He works from home. The Kitchen is quite small so there's often only room for one in there. (He is quite clean so the right tenant will also care about cleanliness)

Also, do take note of the bed. It is a (quite comfy) floor mat on a tatami. If you don't like this (or sleeping on a couch) please do not inquire.
