I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this double room in this beautiful 2 bedroom, one bathroom flat in Chiswick, West London. Master bedroom available as well as my flatmate is leaving too! Available early-mid April (flexible).

About the flat:
- Contract until April 2027, your name would be switched with ours on the existing tenancy agreement
- £2200 per month (not including bills)
- Council tax £184 per month
- Currently we pay £44 per month for water, £130 for gas & electricity (went down to £78 in summer months)
- Property is managed through Foxtons who have always been very helpful, landlord is also very responsive.
- Part-furnished, flat came with dining table & x4 chairs, fold out sofa, 2 bed frames & mattresses. The other furniture and kitchen appliances pictured we have purchased, but are willing to negotiate selling to you.

About you:
- Full time working professionals
- Annual household salary between 2 co-tenants must be min. £60,000
- Right to rent checks will be undertaken by Foxtons.

- 10 minute walk to Chiswick High Road with amazing shops, cafes, gyms
- 5 minute walk to Turnham Green park, 15 minute walk to Chiswick Park 🌳
