My 2 housemates are moving out at the end of September with the expiry of the tenancy, therefore I will need people to take the rooms in order to be able to stay!
The flat is beautiful and on a lovely, leafy, quiet street just 2 minutes from Gunnersbury station (district and mildmay lines). Shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away in Chiswick High Road and bus links are also fantastic.
The larger Ensuite room is suitable for a couple at £1100, and a single occupant at £1000.
Bills not included but do not come to a huge amount more!
