I am looking for a respectful, professional flatmate to take the second double room in a lovely, clean, and quiet 2-bed flat in Gunnersbury/Chiswick.
The Room: A good-sized double room with large windows for plenty of light. It comes furnished
The Flat: The shared areas are spacious, modern, and kept very clean and tidy. We have a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a shared garden
Pet-Friendly Bonus: This is a rare find in London! Cats are allowed (subject to landlord/agency approval, of course). If you have a friendly feline, this could be the perfect spot!
Location & Transport (The Commute)
The flat is incredibly well-connected, bus stops are 1 min away from the flat, also, you're just a 5-minute walk from Gunnersbury Station (District Line Tube and London Overground).
Excellent Connections: Easy access to Chiswick, Richmond, Kew, and a straight shot into central London.
Amenities: We have plenty of local shops, cafes, and amenities right on our doorstep, including the coop and a large Sainsbury's, some gyms too
About Me: I am a professional business owner. The flat environment is generally very clean and quiet, but I am also sociable and easy going really. I am respectful of personal space but am also friendly and happy to chat and even share a meal sometimes.
I'm looking for someone who is:
A Tidy Professional: Someone who is employed, financially stable, and takes pride in keeping the shared spaces clean.
Respectful: Understands the need for a quiet home environment, mainly during the week
Compatible: Someone friendly, easy-going, and responsible.
The Practical Details
Rent: £1100 per month and £1169 deposit
Bills: Bills, council tax and internet are not included and split 50/50.
Move-in Date: 25th of October 2025
Contract: This is a change of sharer, so the new flatmate will be added to the main contract with the letting agency (references and credit checks will be required).
