The flat is perfectly located around the corner from Chiswick Business Park, with Kew, Chiswick, and South Acton all within walking distance. The area is full of independent restaurants and cafés, and there are several nearby supermarkets, including a massive Sainsbury’s just 14 minutes away. It’s a very green neighbourhood, with nearby parks like Gunnersbury Park, Turnham Green, Chiswick House, and of course, Kew Gardens.

The available double bedroom is bright and filled with natural light. The room faces a quiet and private, enclosed side alleyway (that is never used) with a small flowerbed, so the space feels peaceful and undisturbed.

About Us
You’ll be sharing with two professionals in their 30s, Hannah and Andrew, who work in public service and the charity sector. We mostly work 9–5 jobs in the office, with a few WFH days.

We're a non-smoking household and are ideally looking for another professional, preferably in their early 30s to early 40s. We keep the flat clean with a simple rota, though we’re open to getting a cleaner if it suits everyone.

While we all have our own busy schedules and social lives, we enjoy spending time together when we can, whether it’s a meal out, a flat dinner, or a casual drink or film night at home. It’s a great flat, and we’re looking for someone who wants to make it feel like home and be part of a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
