Huge, bright room in lovely flat in Gunnersbury

We have a huge, bright double room in a shared flat 2 minutes walk from Gunnersbury tube. The room is part furnished with a cupboard and chest of drawers with plenty of room for extra bits. The bed and desk in the photos are owned by the current tenant and will be removed but the landlord can provide a bed if required. The flat is over the top floor of a big house, sharing with two females in their mid 20s. There is a large, sunny shared garden and there is free parking on the driveway. Bills are approximately £110 per month. The flat is council tax band E.

We'd like someone friendly, tidy and respectful, who will treat the flat as a home. Everyone is pretty busy/tired during the week and we tend to hang out in our individual bedrooms watching Netflix but it would be nice to be able to sit in the living room watching rubbish TV over a bottle of wine sometimes!!

10 minute walk to leafy Chiswick High Road with all it’s shops and pubs. The local Co-Op is a stones throw away for milk, bread and essentials.

We’ve been told the photos don’t do the flat justice and it’s much cosier in real life!
