Hey! We have a lovely double room available in our super bright flat in Hackney Central. Available 4 January 2026 with possibility of moving in before.

Really convenient location, right next to Hackney central/ Hackney downs overground, plus lots of buses. In terms of amenities, there's literally everything- shops, coffee shops, parks, restaurants, markets, pubs and more!

The room is a very comfortable size, comes mostly unfurnished but with a built in wardrobe and a mattress. It's East facing so lots of natural light in the morning and during the day.

The Specifics:
Bills: council tax, broadband, and cleaner every 2 weeks comes to £90 a month.

Room rent: £680 pcm (this includes heating, gas & electricity, and water!).

Nice bright shared living room (2 windows), big kitchen - all appliances in good condition - double oven / stove, washing machine and super warm heating, water, electric included in rent. You will share the bathroom only with one flatmate.

Looking for a long term tenant (1 year contract), ages 28+. You'll be sharing the place with Ona (31), working in fashion, and Priscilla (31) working in higher education placement. We're looking for a clean and tidy professional who is considerate, open minded, and leading a balanced lifestyle (taking care with noise early in the morning/late at night). The flat has been a peaceful place to come home to and we want someone who feels at home in the same way. Queer friendly.

We also have good neighbours + a group chat for any issues in the building. Our landlord is also very responsive and understanding. The flat is on the 2nd floor so unfortunately not accessible for wheelchairs.
