Lovely Large Double Hackney Downs, Friendly Flat

A bright and spacious double room is available in a friendly flatshare close to Hackney Downs station (5 mins) and Hackney Central (7mins).

The room has a double bed and blinds provided and plenty of storage for a desk and other furniture of your own if you wish. There is an option to purchase furniture from a previous tenant if you require.

We are two friendly professionals in our 30s looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our easygoing and friendly home. We have both been harmoniously sharing the space for a number of years now and treat the property as a real home, We both have hybrid jobs with long working hours during the week, so you’ll often have plenty of space to yourself. We also share our home with a small, well-behaved 3-year-old dog who we absolutely adore, so if you are a dog lover you will be in for a treat.

Our flat is social but not at all a party house—we enjoy the occasional glass (or bottle!) of wine with dinner We are very respectful and keep the space clean and tidy and are therefore looking for someone who’s happy to do their share of the cleaning in turn.

Bills are currently around £90–£120 per month each.
