We’re looking for a new housemate to join us from the 2nd August for a 11 month tenancy.
The flat is located on a residential street and has amazing park views of Hackney Downs with two decent sized balconies and has good bus and Overground links. The room available is spacious and has large amounts of built in storage. Please note that the room doesn’t come with a bed included.
You would be living with a couple, we’re in our late 20s who work on PR and Events.
The rent is £750 + bills of £50 and we have a cleaner which we all pay for every two weeks. Deposit is one month’s rent.
We’re looking to do viewings in the next couple of weeks so drop us a line if you would like to meet us and come view the place.
