Short sublet - Room next to Hackney Downs park

We have a temporary room available in our house share from the 22th of August to the 13th of September.

The house is located very near Hackney Downs Park, in between Stoke Newington and Hackney Central. The nearest train station is Rectory Road. The ground floor of the house has a large kitchen, large living room, small toilet and patio doors that open onto a small back garden. The upstairs has the bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower. There is a driveway in the front.

The housemates are Rich (owns and runs his own Comic Book Stores), Amanda (a writer who works as a fashion buyer) and Nex (a creative in advertising).

We like to make the effort to keep the place looking nice. We would like to welcome a temporary housemate, who will contribute to the atmosphere of the house which is relaxed, happy and respectful.

The room available is £175 p/w. It is spacious and luminous, it has a double bed, a wardrobe and shelfs. The cost includes all bills, internet and a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks.
