Big double room / E5 / 1st December - end April

Hello,

I am looking for a subtenant for my room from the 1st December 2020 until 30th April 2021, as I will be away during this time.

This double room is spacious and bright with high ceilings and wooden floors, right in the heart of Hackney central/ lower Clapton. It comes with all the furniture in the picture, all my personal things will be stored away.

The flat is peaceful with a private courtyard to the rear, There is a shared living room and kitchen where you can find all kitchen basics you need. There are two bathrooms in the flat, you would share the bathroom in the picture (shower, washing machine, dryer & bath tub) with one more person.

This is a three bed flat with relaxed and respectful housemates (Lisa, 36, event producer, British & there will be another new housemate). We like to socialise, but also respect each others privacy. It is our home and while you are here we'd love you to make it yours as well.

I am happy to leave the plant wall in the room, if you like it. The plants need watering once a week. However if you don’t want to water the plants (please don’t let them die while I’m away...) I can find a new space for them for the duration of the sublet.

Rent is £705 per month and bills are not included in this - bills are usually around £100 per month (electricity, gas, TV, Internet, council tax). Your total cost of rent + bills will be roughly around £805.

There are plenty of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets around the house in walking distance.
Bus stops are one minute walking distance away and hackney downs & hackney central overground stations 10 minute walking distance.
