Unfortunately I have to move for work(work for the NHS) and therefore I am sadly having to give up this room.

Conveniently located with Hackney central and Hackney downs literally ~5minutes walk away.

There are lots of bars, coffee shops and other things to do around - I rarely have to use public transport to find things to do over the weekend (outside of a lockdown obviously!)

Property is in the middle of hackney - London fields and Dalston each about 15 mins walk away. Shoreditch 15 min cycle away (or £3.50 uber pool ride away). Homerton is a couple streets away.

There's a corner shop 4 doors down which has been incredibly convenient. Theres 1 Sainsbury's down the road and 3 Tesco's (one superstore) an Iceland and a co-op all within walking distance

Bills are really cheap for this property too

Flat fortunately has a dishwasher & dryer in addition to washing machine

The room is the bigger room on the floor plan. (There's a small walk in wardrobe and a small entrance to the room that isn't clear on the picture).
