Fun, Happy, Creative Home

The flat would suit someone easy going, ideally creative in some way or just enjoy music/arts/fashion culture and lifestyle. We have said we are looking for a female but open to anyone part of the LGBT scene too.

I have listed the flat as having a communal living room but I will need to stay in there a couple of nights a week as I am still studying part-time in London. The rest of the time the space if yours to enjoy!

C. Tax, Water and Wifi are included, the gas and electric are on a key meter so we just share that between who's been home more but it's roughly £20-40 a month, (more in winter months).

Jasmine who will be living there permanently works freelance and her projects/lifestyle mean she doesn't have a typical 9/5 schedule and is sometimes up late/early. We would both be super respectful of everyone's needs in this regard.

We both love to cook and always try to clean up any mess we make right away around the house, but at the same time, I don't think the flat would suit anyone who is a bit of clean freak :)

We're both very sociable and love going to the park nearby or away for adventures (I have a car), but we also like/need our own space and will respect yours too.

I have a cat which I will be taking to Bristol with me most of the time but now and then I might bring her back to London. If you have any pets I am open to discuss this :)

The room being offered was set up as my bedroom before I moved most of my things to Bristol. There's a long rail that suspends from the ceiling which is really handy space-wise, a desk and chair and I am picking up a bed on Friday. You can see the room in the pictures as it was before but I will add recent ones ASAP.
