A bright and cosy single bedroom with a great sky and treeline view which overlooks the garden in our Victorian terraced house. The room has its own bathroom/ wet room and we share the double living room, dining room, large kitchen and an amazing garden. And cat!

If you love nature then the Hackney Marshes, filter beds and the River Lea canals are only a five minute walk away. Victoria Park and London Fields are also 15 minutes by foot.

Our street is off Chatsworth Road which has great independent shops, cafes, bars and a lovely Sunday market. A Sainsbury's and Tesco Metro are also only a 10 minute walk away but the local independents are great for shopping.

The house is approximately a 7 minute walk to Homerton Overground Station which has excellent links to Stratford, Canary Wharf, Camden and the West End. We are also only a few minutes away from two bus hubs for more connections around London.

The rent is £780 per month, inclusive of all gas, electricity, water, council tax, satellite tv and broadband.

We're a small, friendly and arty household of 2 who enjoy socialising but equally value a bit of personal space. The room is definitely worth a look for a relaxed, professional female who is looking for a home rather than just a room!
