The flat is right in the centre of trendy Hackney, close to cafes, bars, shops, and great transport links.

About us
Jessica trained and works in theatre. As a food lover, can often be found on the weekend foraging in Borough Market, lover of all dogs but especially spaniels and a big fan of all things Italian.

Elinor recently moved to London from the north and works for a running fashion brand in production. Elinor loves a run club and in the office regularly apart from Fridays.

We want to meet you if you:
- Are old enough to have your head screwed on but young enough to still enjoy a g+t on a Monday night after a tough day at work
- Would be horrified to see dirty plates left next to the sink for a week but aren't going to quibble over a few crumbs on the side
- Whilst we all host friends at home from time to time, predominantly we go out for dinners and drinks to keep the lounge communal space open. And it's fair to say, our house partying days are long in the past!
- Are independent enough to have your own stuff going on, but dislike the idea of being passing ships in the night

You MUST be a big fan of dogs. 🐶 As the new resident will share with Lily - a red cocker spaniel.

Work for Home 💻
Jessica works from home two days a week, and Elinor works from home one day a week, so we’re definitely flexible when it comes to remote work. But for full transparency - you’re never really solo here, since Lily is usually around! 🐾☺️

Neighbourhood
Hackney central is very up and coming, there is always something new to do and see - bars, restaurants are constantly springing up around here. The flat is also opposite London's best pub (with great pizza's in our opinion) the Pembury Tavern.

Transport
Amazingly convenient - 5 mins walk from Hackney Downs overground and 7 mins walk from Hackney Central and close to many major bus routes going to Dalston, Shoreditch, Clapton, Angel, Stoke Newington, London Bridge, Oxford Street and Waterloo.
