The location is great, overlooking Millfields Park and is right beside the canal and the local hotspots. Its a 5-10 minute walk from Clapton station offering services to London Liverpool Street and the opposite direction to Chingford and benefits from excellent bus links.

A bit about me - I'm 33 originally from Glasgow and work in real estate communications. I consider myself to be a fun loving and friendly person with a good sense of humour. I’m very easy to get along with, incredibly respectful and appreciate people’s space. I love to cook and socialise over a drink or two and watch a bit of tele - if you like reality TV, we’ll get along.

I’m looking for someone on a similar vibe as me - a professional who’s easy to get along with ideally.

Rent: £950 pcm and with bills and fortnightly cleaner it comes to £1,200. No couples, students or smokers allowed. I will consider Monday to Friday at a reduced rate if suitable.

Room is available from the end of September time ideally on an initial 2 month contract. I may be moving at the end of November as I am keen to move into a one bed flat (depends if I find one I like). If I decide to stay I should be able to convey this ahead of the contract ending.
